A teenager has been left in critical condition after a hit-and-run near a south Sacramento elementary school early Friday afternoon.
14-year-old student on bike hit by SUV outside school in Sacramento County
The student was struck while crossing Caymus Drive in a raised pedestrian crosswalk near Maeola Beitzel Elementary School in south Sacramento, the California Highway Patrol said.
