Two people killed in collision on Highway 113 near Dixon, California

CHP said the man, who was in a gray MINI Cooper, was speeding on northbound Hwy. 113 when his car drifted off the road. He then overcorrected, swerved into the southbound lane and crashed head on into the woman, who was driving a gray Kia SUV.
