Modified Date:Wed, 04/08/2015 - 4:13pm
Accident Date:Saturday, August 30, 2014
The Dodge rotated clockwise into the right shoulder where it veered off the road and flipped over several times. The eleven-year old boy was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle, sustaining fatal injuries.
Kennell said Graciano was driving in the fast lane and told officers one of the rear tires began to separate. But Kennell said officers found no evidence of that and attributed the crash to Graciano’s intoxication and high speed.
Gloria Lopez, who sustained serious injuries was transported to Modesto Memorial Hospital, while the 15 and 16 year old children were transported to nearby hospitals with lesser injuries. How can a lawyer help with an auto accident claim? First, having a lawyer on your side levels the playing field. The person who caused the accident is required to immediately turn the case over to his or her insurance company. The insurance company uses adjusters and lawyers who are specifically trained to deny or reduce your claim. This may include denying compensation to family members who are entitled to receive benefits for loss of companionship. Learn more here about what a lawyer does in auto accident cases.
