A Patterson man was placed under arrest at a Modesto hospital on suspicion of DUI after a collision killed two people Tuesday night near Patterson. The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office on Wednesday identified those killed as Zenaida Mendez, 40, and Ulises Torres-Zepeda, 31, both of Patterson.
