The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office on Monday identified the brother who died as 52-year-old Perry Nieland and the injured brother as 55-year-old Richard Nieland, both of San Jose. The brothers were flying in a Starduster biplane en route to the Swansboro Country Airport in Placerville on Saturday night.
