According to the California Highway Patrol, 28-year-old Brandon Fernandez was driving the wrong way in a westbound lane of Madison Avenue as he hit a motorcycle.

He said it’s an unbelievable loss for their friends and family who together want to everyone to know of the dangers of drunk driving.
