The crash was reported just after 12 p.m. in the area of Highways 58 and 395, just to the east of Kern County.

He says the woman killed was 55 years old and was in one of the two cars the bus hit. He says six others are seriously injured, though a San Bernardino County Fire spokesman says seven people have life-threatening injuries.
