A motorist suffered major injuries in a two-vehicle crash Thursday near Barona, authorities said.
A white Mazda sedan and a Chevrolet truck collided shortly before 7 a.m. at the intersection of Wildcat Canyon and Featherstone Canyon roads, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One person was taken to Sharp Memorial Hospital following the crash, a Heartland Fire & Rescue dispatcher said.
