At least three people were taken to a nearby hospital, Heartland Fire & Rescue reported. Their conditions were not confirmed. Wildcat Canyon Road was closed for a time in both directions while emergency responders cleared the scene.
A truck overturned in Lakeside Friday morning, leaving three people injured and closing a roadway. The truck overturned at about 6 a.m. on Wildcat Canyon Road and Founders Way which was closed for a time in both directions while first responders cleared the scene. At least three people were taken to a nearby hospital.
