Richard Taylor and his 2-year-old grandson were riding a Honda 250SX the evening of July 10 when the three-wheeler hit a decorative boulder in the front yard of a house on Serena Road, west of Serena Lane, in Lakeside, the county Medical Examiner's Office said in a news release.
