A 12-year-old boy was killed Tuesday night in Oceanside when a suspected drunken driver slammed into the car he was riding in, police said. The 20-year-old driver not yet legally old enough to drink was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
