ANTIOCH MAYOR COMFORTS MAN CRITICALLY INJURED IN CRASH
Shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday night the car rear-ended the construction truck. An Antioch City councilwoman and Antioch Mayor Wade Harper then drove up on the scene.
"Person in the car -- started talking to him -- making sure he's coherent. Talking to him, telling him he's going to be okay, made sure ambulance, fire and police were on the way -- which they were," said Mayor Harper.
