Cordoza said his wife, Edith was driving the two girls home from a doctor’s appointment Wednesday afternoon the driver of a stolen Ford F-250 pickup truck plowed into their vehicle.

Jesus says he is devastated and blames the man in the stolen truck for what happened. But he also says he blames the police and believes if they had not used their sirens, he’d still have his family.

According to sheriff's officials, Saucedo has also been charged with felony evading, possessing a stolen vehicle, possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin. Saucedo is being held in the county jail on $1,130,000 bail.

The Contra Costa County DAs office has announced they have filed formal charges against the suspect they say is responsible for a horrific crash in Antioch that killed a 4-year-old and has her 2-year-old sister on life support. The family is at her bedside now at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland.

The Cardoza family has set up a GoFundMe page[1] to pay for funeral expenses for 4-year-old Lenexy, who died in the Wednesday night crash in Antioch. The family says the 2-year-old girl died Saturday.
