What rights and options do injured people have after an auto accident in San Jose, or anywhere in the Bay Area?

After a car crash, injured people need to learn about their rights before they speak with an insurance adjuster. Since insurance companies have huge resources to use to fight any personal injury claim, it is important to get information and support from a San Jose attorney, to learn about options and find the best way to move forward.
