Driver arrested on suspicion of DUI after collision injures two
The crash occurred at 7:55 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 29 and Salvador Avenue, at the north end of the city, according to Napa Police Sgt. Chase Haag. As a northbound Honda was turning left on a green arrow onto westbound Salvador Avenue, a southbound Chrysler driven by 57-year-old Donald Mark Faller of Maitland, Florida, ran a red light and broadsided the other vehicle, Haag said. Two occupants in the Honda, a woman and a 5-year-old child, were taken to Queen of the Valley Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries and later released, according to Haag.
