Police announce arrest in connection with Napa hit-and-run death
Although the motorist left the scene, investigators found some identifying car parts that allowed authorities to issue an alert for a Volkswagen with damage to the driver's side. The CHP first announced the discovery of the car at 6:20 p.m. on Twitter, followed by Napa Police's announcement of Wyant's arrest about four hours later.
