Solomon Friese arrested for striking and killing pedestrian Chi Lam while driving drunk along south 10th Street in San Jose, California

A hit-and-run collision involving two San Jose State University students happened around 1 a.m. on fraternity row, along south 10th Street near East San Fernando. Solomon Friese was driving drunk and struck a pedestrian who was crossing the street. The victim has been identified as Chi Lam. Police reported Monday afternoon that he died at a local hospital. Friese sped off after hitting Lam but crashed his car into another parked vehicle two blocks away and was later arrested at his apartment.

Right next to San Jose State University there's always accidents that happen often lies in the city doing anything about the streets in the lights on the street if you look at every four days hit-and-run happens why in the city doing anything about this!!!
