In the obituary, family remembered Quirazco as someone who was caring and selfless and amassed a number a friends who conveyed an "enormous outpouring of love" in the wake of her death. A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday in Los Gatos.

Why every fatality from a crash is not legally a wrongful death
