Man killed when struck by hit-and-run vehicle following prior collision on Interstate Highway 280 in San Jose, California

The man driving the Honda then got out of it and was struck by another vehicle traveling south. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the vehicle that hit him did not stop after the collision, CHP officials said.
