A man has been arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter after a crash in Santa Clara killed a 92-year-old woman and her daughter late Thursday night, California Highway Patrol officers said.

"She was the best. She took care of us since we were like this, running around," said Bontilao, gesturing. "She loved to garden. That's the one thing -- she has a beautiful garden out back."
