Oakland: Motorcyclist critically injured when hit by car

A 24-year-old Richmond motorcyclist was critically injured Friday morning when je was struck by a car in West Oakland at the intersection of West Grand Avenue and Mandela Parkway. He was transported to a hospital where he underwent surgery.
