Santa Barbara County Fire Department personnel were notified of the crash just after 10:30 p.m. When crews arrived on scene, they located a small car resting against a tree about 25 feet over the side from the roadway with two people trapped inside, Santa Barbara County Fire Capt. Dave Zaniboni said.
