Lisa Davis was arrested Saturday afternoon when she rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light. She was driving under a suspended license from a previous DUI, and had an active warrant for arrest due to her failure to appear on that DUI arrest. She was booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail with the bail set at $110,000.
