Macy Rae Sanabria, 23, died in the crash that occurred at about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 23 between Moorpark and Thousand Oaks, officials said. Authorities reported that her family had been notified.
Sanabria was driving a vehicle northward at an unknown but high speed when, for reasons still under investigation, the car left the roadway and went up an embankment, authorities said.
