It was about 11:30pm when a car driven by Amanda B. Phillmon, 24, was making a u-turn on Wonderwood Drive, and was struck by a pickup truck, driven by Joseph P. Riley, 52. Valerio, who was a passenger in Phillmon's car and a student at Jacksonville University, was killed in the collision.
