4-vehicle crash involves Nassau assistant chief

A four-vehicle crash caused serious injuries for at least two people Wednesday and involved Nassau County’s assistant fire rescue chief, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The Altima crossed into oncoming traffic hitting Scott Hemmingway, 45, in an unmarked Nassau County assistant fire rescue chief SUV and Juliet Kreisman’s Hyundai Accent, the FHP said.
