Man, 22, struck, killed while walking on State Road 7 early Sunday
Moises Figueroa, 22, was walking south in a northbound lane in the 4800 block of North State Road 7, south of West Commercial Boulevard, when he was hit at 5:15 a.m. by a 2008 Mercedes GL450, according to Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Gina Carter.
