After troopers left following an initial investigation and Garcia was examining the scene, another car driven by Bradley Ruben crashed into both the victim, his wife’s car and the tow truck.

Ruben appeared in bond court Thursday where prosecutors said he is a realtor and professional poker player, with career winnings of about $360,000. He was ordered held on $100,000 bond, which his defense attorney called "incredibly excessive."
