A car and a motorcycle collided in Margate on Friday, killing the motorcyclist and sending the car's driver to a hospital.
A car and a motorcycle collided on West Atlantic Boulevard at about 2:15 p.m., killing the motorcyclist, who has been identified as Michael Peter Mascaro, 34, and hospitalizing the driver of the car. The car driver was taken to Broward Health North in Deerfield Beach for treatment. The accident is still under investigation, as witness reports have been conflicting.
