Bus from Deville church crashes in Florida; injuries reported
There were 23 passengers on the bus, which was headed to a church camp. The report said the bus driver, 50-year-old Derek Griffin of Pineville, entered a slight curve in the road, ran off onto the shoulder and hit a tree. The bus then bounced off that tree, hitting a second tree, according to the report.
The Baptist Message reported that she sustained a broken pelvis. A Facebook post said she may have suffered multiple fractures.
