According to the FHP report, the driver of a 2015 Toyota was traveling eastbound on I-10 in the left lane when the driver traveled into the center median and then back into the eastbound lanes, colliding with a 2006 Ford Expedition driven by 36-year-old Mark Gentry of Burley, Idaho.
