Springfield police have confirmed a pedestrian is in serious condition after an accident involving a car versus a pedestrian after 8 p.m. Saturday night.
Police believe it's likely that the victim was trying to cross the road. She was taken to Bay Medical center with serious injuries, but neither passenger in the car was injured.
