Boy seriously injured in school bus crash

A witness told police McNees initially stopped at a stop sign but then drove through and hit the bus. McNees was cited with failing to yield to the right of way.
A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured in a central Florida school bus crash. The St. Lucie County school bus was carrying seven students when 94-year-old Frances McNees crashed into it at an intersection. Officials say the boy was airlifted to a West Palm Beach hospital. He was suffering from a head injury.
