That was my friend this psyco did this to. How can someone w/a REVOKED licsence, multiple dui's & a previous hit & run still b allowed to ever get behind the wheel again?? Had he been locked up after his January incident where he refused a breathalyzer, my friend would still be with us. Some loser w/drinking problem robbed all of us of a great person. RIP P.Harv. You will always hold a special place in all of our hearts.

I don't understand how they found the person who is the registered owner of the Acura SUV involved wandering around near the abandoned vehicle and he claims he isn't the owner and he wasn't driving ???

I don't get how they havnt got the guy yet of the have the vehicle and every intersection has Cameras
