Isaih N. Reynolds-Blue, 13, of West Palm Beach was crossing Cherry Road at Military Trail when a light blue or gray four-door Toyota Corolla hit him. The impact caused Reynolds-Blue to be thrown into the air and he landed in the outside lane of southbound Military Trail, according to the sheriff's office.
