West Palm Beach Fire Rescue says a total of 8 patients were extricated from the rolled over vehicle.
Children ejected in rollover crash in West Palm Beach
Officials say the children were ejected from the vehicle and at least one child was found pinned underneath the wrecked car.
There are a total of four pediatric patients, two of them were trauma alerts.

The fourth child was flown to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami for burns. The child is in serious condition, an improvement from the previous night when the child was considered critical.
