Wilfrance Pierre, 61, was westbound in a Nissan at 5:37 a.m. on 69th Street when an eastbound Ford Escape, driven by Gabrielle Renee Mishler, 17, of Vero Beach, drifted into the westbound lane and struck the Nissan head-on.
