One of the bicyclists, a 25 year old female from Michigan, was deceased at the hospital. The other, a 22 year old female from Virginia, is still in critical condition.

Anne Davis, 22, of Richmond, was one of two cyclists that were struck by a vehicle while riding in the area of Idaho Falls, Idaho. According to a biking organization she belonged to, Bike and Build, Davis was on a cross-country with a group of riders from Virginia to Oregon.

Laura Stark, a Central Michigan University graduate, was traveling with a Philadelphia-based volunteer group that advocates for affordable housing called Bike & Build, along the group's Central U.S. route -- which stretches from Virgina Beach, Virgina to Canon Beach, Oregon -- when she and another cyclist, Anne Davis, 22, were struck by a car.
