Julie Cook, of Providence, Utah, was a passenger in a truck traveling north on U.S. Highway 91 near Preston, according to a news release from Idaho State Police. The 53-year-old driver lost control of the truck about 4:30 p.m. and it rolled down a steep embankment near mile marker 12.
