Man critically injured, 4 others hurt in Will County crash
First responders extricated some of the victims and transferred five patients to St. James Hospital and Health Centers in Olympia Fields.
Early Tuesday morning around 4:30 a.m. on I-57 near Monee Manhattan Road near Monee, a 1967 Pontiac collided with a Ford truck in the grass median on I-57 in a T-bone collision. One man was in critical condition following the crash, two other people were in fair-to-serious condition, and two people were in good condition. One of the patients was a child. All five were brought to St. James Hospital and Health Centers in Olympia Fields. Check back for updates.
