2 pedestrians hospitalized with serious injuries after being struck by vehicle in Waukegan
Paramedics with the Waukegan Fire Department transported both victims to Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. The male victim is in critical condition while the female victim’s condition has been stabilized.
