Indiana Conservation Officers say 62-year-old Glen Rush was driving on County Road 350 North in Johnson County around 3:30 p.m. Sunday when he struck a UTV attempting to cross the road. Rush subsequently struck a mailbox made of mortar and brick.
No one was seriously injured in the crash, but officials have determined Rush was driving under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
He is facing an OWI charge and was taken to the Johnson County Jail.
