Armando K. Lara Sr., 39, died of injuries he suffered in the crash around 12:30 a.m. on Promise Road, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff'€™s Office. Lara was driving a red Pontiac Grand Prix northbound when police said he hit an area of road covered in high water and lost control. One was treated at Methodist Hospital with serious injuries; the others suffered minor injuries. The Hamilton County Crash Investigation Team was investigating.
