The Kansas Highway Patrol says 18-year-old Breunca Taylor of Parsons died Wednesday after losing control of her vehicle while driving on U.S. 400 in wet conditions about seven miles west of Fredonia. Her vehicle was struck by an eastbound semi and then struck again by another vehicle behind her.
