2-year-old Eduardo Lopez Martinez was struck by a white four-door Chrysler on N. 32nd Street, rendering him critically injured. The vehicle fled the scene. Martinez was transported to an area hospital where he remains. Police have asked for the public's help in finding information about this incident.
