Killed was the truck’s 80-year-old driver, James F. Hunter, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and the SUV’s 47-year-old driver, Douglas L. Rehfeld, of Overland Park. The patrol says a woman in the truck was taken to a hospital with injuries.
