KHP says the crash happened on Highway 400 near Fall River just before 4:30 p.m. KHP says a 68-year-old Oklahoma man was driving eastbound on the highway, when he crossed the center line and hit another car head-on.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reports at about 4:30 p.m. the vehicle driven by Jerry Sconce, of Bethany, Oklahoma crossed the center line striking the car driven by Ronald Edwards, 40, of Elk City, head on.
