According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Agustin Bustamonte-Alba, 38, Macksville, was driving a 2001 Buick Regal east on U.S. 50 two miles east of Kinsley at about 9 p.m. when it went left of center and collided with a 2006 International driven by Kaleb Edward Locke, 25, Sedgwick.
