Injured Wichita police officer remains in critical condition
Officer Brian Arterburn, 47, sustained injuries to his chest, abdomen and brain when he was struck on February 7. He and his partner were monitoring a house in the 200 block of South Topeka when the suspect, 31-year-old Justin Terrazas, fled in an SUV, allegedly running over Arterburn.
