According to Kentucky State Police, a 38-year-old man was driving his red Mazda 6 on Kentucky Highway 467 in the 6600 block of Warsaw Road at around 9:23 p.m. when he crossed the double yellow line into oncoming traffic and hit a grey and black Ford Focus.
